·    Clean home and move items according to staging plan

2) Market Home

·    “Go live” on MLS and syndicate to websites

·    Send listing directly to other agents (Day 1)

·    Allow showings – clutter-free and lights on!

·    Hold open house if desired (1st weekend)

·    Review and respond to offers

3) Conduct Escrow

·    Open escrow at agreed escrow company

·    Complete disclosure packet

·    Ensure deposit check arrives

·    Make home available for inspections

·    Identify moving plans
