I launched my career in Real Estate because I love helping
my friends and family enrich their lives at such a foundational level. Originally, I entered the greater industry as
an Interior Design Consultant. It is a
wonderful reward to see a client’s face when they walk into their home and feel
it has atmosphere and warmth where it was cold and devoid of character before. Finally, I came to the realization that if
working with clients on improving their existing environment was so rewarding,
it would be even better to use this expertise to help my clients pick the right
house from the start. My clients find
that I can help them see through the impersonal and make decisions based on a
vision of how they would make a house the best home for their family.
In my own search for a business home and supporting my
personal development, I have had the opportunity to work with both small and
large teams. While the mentoring I
received from several long-time agents has been indispensable in helping build
my expertise, I still felt something was missing. In April of 2008, a good friend introduced me
to John Hughes and Guidant Realty. After
15 minutes in discussion, I finally identified what I was unconsciously seeking
– a business whose core philosophy and processes are truly built around
customer service. I believe in taking
the best possible care of my clients and that I am here to serve my clients
first and foremost. I was excited to
hear these views not only mirrored by John, but to see how he had used his
background in creating customer-focused processes for large corporations to
enable this team to do exactly that.
Since joining Guidant Realty, I have found my ability to support my
clients to my satisfaction finally met.
In addition to the knowledge necessary to start in this
business, the current environment is rapidly changing. While I can not possibly have every answer at
my fingertips, my promise to my clients is that if I do not have the answer, I
will not pretend I do. As your trusted

I am still amazed and excited by the tools I can offer you
on a daily basis – tools available to our industry, but not offered in such an
integrated manner to today’s buyers and sellers. Guidant Realty offers a Remote On-Line
Signatures program…what a great thing for our clients! They don’t have to leave
their home or worry about faxes, meetings, scanners and such. If you have the internet and a phone, we are
in business anywhere anytime! In
addition, online access to your transaction, MLS auto-search and virtual video
tours are just a few of the great things available to serve my clients in the
best way possible. I have an equivalent
set of back office tools to support my clients with some of the best
competitive data gathering and search information available.
In a nutshell, all of these wonderful tools go hand-in-hand
with my broader experience in the industry give me just the edge I need to
offer my clients top service with a winning team to back me up! I am a very lucky to be a part of the Guidant
